By creating an account, accessing, or using Zambic (the "Service"), provided by Zambic Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Zambic is an integrated business operating system providing client management, project tracking, invoicing, automated booking schedules, custom forms, and workflow automations. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Zambic immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Billing & Subscription Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our 14-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data, client records, invoices, and content uploaded to the Service ("User Content"). Zambic processes your data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable security standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zambic Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any service interruptions.
